An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist with well rounded clinical experience to join our established Care Community Team based in Ellesmere Port. The Care Community Team provide support for patients registered with GP practices.
We are looking for an individual who can prioritise, think on their feet and utilise their clinical skills and knowledge in a creative way to support our patients to optimise their independence in their own environment. Excellent communication skills are key.
As this role involves the assessment and treatment of patients in their own environment, access to transport for work purposes is also essential.
Bank opportunities are also available.
Full time - 37.5 hours per week (Working hours between 9-5, flexible days.)

**We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000**
The relocation package is for anyone who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership.
To be eligible for the relocation payment, you must live more than 40 miles from the base/location of the post you are applying for and you would need to relocate to within 15 miles of the new base.
