CNWL are offering an exciting opportunity to work within a hospital for Older Adults, based at 3 Beatrice Place, a short distance from High Street, Kensington.

3 Beatrice Place is currently developing a new model of care to meet the needs of older adults with complex dementia or mental health needs.  The aim of the new proposed model is to provide a holistic, structured and person-centred approach to enhance a person’s overall well-being, function, and quality of life and to prepare and support them with the next steps in their treatment journey. The goal is to optimise independence, manage symptoms, and improve the individual's ability to engage in daily activities.

This ensures representation of our profession at all levels - both strategically and operationally.

Personal and professional development is a high priority for the profession and is underpinned by our OT Research and Development (R&D) strategy, R&D and OT clinical networks.
