Our people  work flexibly and collaboratively across the local system to support a joined-up approach to strategic commissioning and service improvement. Our people work a minimum of 40% ‘on patch’ in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland in our 2 main office bases at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester and Haylock House, Kettering or partner sites to enable effective workplace relationship and meaningful connection.
