We recruit registered health professionals from both NZ and overseas into permanent roles within the NZ healthcare sector however our main focus is inbound recruitment into NZ. Tonix doesn’t provide a temporary workforce, rather we focus on contracts from 6 months to permanent.

Tonix is owned by Kate Nattrass who was a founding Director of Tonix which was started in 2000.
Annie O’Donnell has worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant across both health and the commercial sector. Annie is our specialist mental health recruiter and she recruits both nursing and allied health professionals.
Kate and Annie are both registered nurses with extensive commercial experience. They offer a full recruitment service from candidate attraction and sourcing through the recruitment process to post-placement follow up.
Kate Armstrong has recently joined our team and comes with a background in sales, marketing and medical practice management.
The business is focused on both international and domestic candidates and has extensive experience sourcing nursing and allied health staff from overseas. This includes regular trips to the UK and Singapore to conduct 1:1 interviews with potential candidates.
