H&F is known to be one of the safest residential areas of London, it's a quiet and peaceful area that attracts a stable and affluent community as well as transient younger residents. H&F is a vibrant place to live and work with a diverse community and rich cultural heritage. A small inner-London borough situated to the west of the capital, that has excellent transport links to three town centres and vast array of experiences and entertainment for visitors and residents to enjoy. From excellent open spaces, bars, restaurants and stately riverside walks we have a lot to offer and a lot more to come including a massive 40-acre retail and leisure complex already underway at White City.

Hammersmith and Fulham council believe first time buyers, key workers and people earning a low to middle income should not be forced to rent expensive accommodation, or have no choice but to live miles away from where they work.  H&F Home Buy is here to assist those working in the borough, to achieve home ownership. Visiting them on line at www.lbhf.gov.uk and go to the H&F Home Buy page, you may be able to realise your aspiration of becoming a home owner.
