Are you looking for a new challenge? The Thoracic Surgery Nurse Case Manager (NCM) team is looking for a motivated, flexible and hardworking individual to join this progressive team.

University Hospital Southampton is a tertiary referral centre of excellence for Thoracic Surgery that works in collaboration with hospitals across the south of England. The Thoracic Surgery NCM role is an integral part of both the medical and wider health care team, involved in all aspects of patient care in the work up to surgery. The NCM role embodies the Trusts core values of patients first, working together and always improving.

The successful applicant will possess attributes akin to working within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team ethos. If you have a natural ability to demonstrate passion, dedication, and a real desire to help Thoracic patients live fulfilling lives, whilst prioritising personal goals and maintaining safe parameters, we look forward to hearing from you.
