Hounslow PCNs are looking for a Lead first contact paramedic to join Hounslow Health PCN and to work in collaboration with the other PCN Lead Paramedics. Our growing multi-disciplinary PCN teams working across the five PCNs in Hounslow: Brentworth, Chiswick, Feltham & Bedfont, Great West Road and Hounslow Health.

Hounslow is a diverse outer London Borough of approximately 324,000 registered patients supported by 47 GP Practices. The Hounslow Consortium brings together the borough's five Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to work collaboratively for the benefit of patients and their practices.

Hounslow is traditionally considered an underserved area, and several initiatives have been under way to increase the appeal of working in Hounslow through training and development of staff, technology and our partnership with Hounslow Community Healthcare in West London NHS Trust.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about improving care for patients living in areas of high socioeconomic deprivation, tackling health inequalities and increasing access to high quality multi-disciplinary general practice.
