• Strong communication and organisational skills with confidence in decision-making.
• A commitment to innovation, transformation, and creating a culture of excellence.
Join a ward where teamwork is second nature, learning is continuous, and your leadership genuinely makes a difference. If you're driven to lead paediatric care with energy, empathy, and expertise, we would love to hear from you.

In this leadership role, you will:
• Provide strategic management and day-to-day oversight of the ward
• Lead workforce planning, clinical governance, and service improvement initiatives
• Mentor and support junior nurses and drive continuous professional development
• Foster interprofessional collaboration across critical care, ED, community teams, and ambulatory care
• Be a visible advocate for child-centred care, ensuring safety, quality, and compassion at every turn
