Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to be part of our Imaging Team in the Ultrasound Department located on the grounds of Charing Cross Hospital. The role will involve working with the Ultrasound Modality Lead / Sonographers / Radiographers to provide an optimal US service for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust patients.
You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure. Flexibility and an ability to manage change will be fundamental to your role.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust comprises of five hospitals - Charing Cross, Queen Charlotte’s, Hammersmith, St Mary’s and the Western Eye.
Main duties of the job
- Support the radiographic and radiological staff when undertaking procedures and chaperone during intimate examinations as appropriate
- Provide support and information to other staff, patients, carers and relatives as required including telephone and booking systems.
- Ensure effective communication with other staff and members of the public maintaining confidentiality at all times.

- Experience of working within an Imaging department or within a multidisciplinary team in a clinical capacity
