As our Resident Pharmacist, you will have the unique chance to work on a rotational basis across Charing Cross, Hammersmith, and St Mary's Hospitals, three prominent and renowned clinical and speciality sites in the heart of London.

- To provide medicine information and to dispense and supply medicines.
- To provide clinical pharmacy services, department and ward based in line with the Trust procedures, national guidance and government legislation.
- To provide out-of-hours services according to rota (see Residents Guidelines, attached to job description, for further information).

- Member of General Pharmaceutical Council
Experience

- One year’s pre-registration training
- Minimum of 6 months’ pharmacy work experience in UK hospital setting
- Demonstrate the ability to appropriately recommend, substantiate and communicate therapeutic options for patients
- Demonstrable use of clinical audit to improve practice

- Good ability to organise and prioritise work
