We also provide some specialist services that are commissioned regionally, such as our medium secure services; and nationally, such as the Cassel Hospital for people with complex and severe personality disorder and our high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital.
Job overview
The Health at Work team is responsible for promoting and maintaining the physical and psychological health and well-being of the Trust’s staff.
We wish to recruit a qualified counsellor with experience of working in a small team to provide short term face to face counselling to staff. Training in group facilitation, mediation, EMDR and Critical Incident Stress debriefing would also be desirable. You will be required to work across 2 clinic sites, Ealing (Southall, Middx) and Broadmoor (Crowthorne, Berkshire).
You must have or be working towards BACP accreditation or its equivalent. NHS experience is desirable but applicants without NHS experience will also be considered.

Qualifications and Training
Essential criteria
- Counselling/psychotherapy training to Diploma/Degree level.
- BACP/UKCP/BPS registered practitioner(equivalent/registration/accreditation)
Desirable criteria
- Other counselling/therapy certificates e.g. CBT
Experience
Essential criteria
- Minimum 1 year staff counselling role.
Desirable criteria
- Minimum 2 years counselling in an organisational setting

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
