The Pennine Network is looking for a Team Administrator to join our Older Adults Memory Assessment Service on a full time, temporary basis.

You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service. 

We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team.  The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.  The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages, be skilled in live minute taking and possess a good telephone manner.

The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality administrative service by supporting the clinical staff members with referrals, appointments, welcome calls and minute taking at meetings. The post holder will need to be a team player with strong communication skills.
