We are looking for a full time Senior Staff Nurse to work within Pennine Inpatients. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, suitably qualified, experienced and forward thinking individual to join the teams at Pendleview.

You must have proven clinical skills along with excellent communication skills, good knowledge and understanding of adult mental health and the needs of individuals. You will also need to have a working knowledge of the care programme approach, NICE guidance and enhanced risk assessment and the ability to explore issues relating to the impact of health and social needs on mental health and well-being. 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The main duties of the role include:-

  • To provide nurse leadership within the multidisciplinary team and ensure the effective assessment formulation planning, monitoring of care given to inpatient service users.
  • To provide leadership to oversee and ensure all contacts with service users are recorded promptly and accurately and are of a high standard.
  • Provision of information and participate as requested, to assist service development and Clinical Governance requirements e.g. surveys, audits etc.
