Our Vision is to provide the best mental health, learning disability, autism, community, and physical health services for the populations we serve.
As an integrated Trust, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) delivers a comprehensive range of services, including:
- Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults, including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, and forensic services with low and medium secure care.
- Specialist mental health inpatient care for individuals with learning disabilities, alongside specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.
- Extensive community physical health and well-being services for children and adults, covering prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term condition management.
The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,500 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites. The organisation offers opportunities for medics, mental health, general nurses, children’s nurses, allied health professionals, psychology, administration and clerical staff, apprentices and volunteers, as well as those specialising in learning disabilities and community physical health services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Register Nurse to work in the Central Lancashire District Nursing Services.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a variety of settings, and will be part of an innovative, dynamic district nursing team.
We are looking for Registered Nurses who are patient and family focused, with excellent communication skills and an interest in community district nursing. If you identify with our patient centred vision of care and enjoy working in partnership with the local community, come and join us.
You will be offered a robust induction and preceptorship package tailored to your developmental needs, regular clinical supervision and opportunity to access a range of training opportunities.
We require flexible self-motivated individuals who are prepared to work between the hours of 7.45 to 22.00 over a 7-day period
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
• To work as part of the 24-hour community nursing service, under the direction of the district nursing team leader, providing high quality holistic nursing care to patients.
• The staff nurse role carries delegated responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence based nursing to patients in their own homes and other community settings.
• To assume delegated responsibility for the supervision of the team in the absence of the district nursing team leader when required.
