Join Our Dynamic and Compassionate CAMHS Inpatient Team
As a valued member of our multi-skilled, motivated, and creative service, you will play a key role in the effective day to day delivery of high quality clinical care and risk management for young people accessing our service.
In this senior role, you will also contribute to the operational management of the ward, providing support to the shift coordinator and overseeing referrals and access assessments across the region.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can build strong, professional relationships with young people and their families. You will remain calm under pressure and be confident working in a fast paced clinical environment where we support young people presenting with risk taking behaviours and deliberate self harm. The work is demanding, but incredibly meaningful and rewarding.
As a senior nurse, you will have a passion for developing your leadership skills. You will offer guidance and support to junior staff and learners, provide clinical supervision and training, and act as a positive role model within the team.
