We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individual, who can work well as part of a team and who can provide a high quality admin support service to a multidisciplinary CIDS West Team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to use own initiative, Team player and work flexibly within a challenging environment.
Previous experience in using Rio and Microsoft Office is essential.

Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment.
Previous experience in using Rio and Microsoft Office is essential.
The roles are varied and duties include but not limited:
Creating and maintaining electronic client records on clinical database.
Diary management
Audio and copy typing of all clinical correspondence and reports, fast and accurate typing speed is required.
Day to day processing of an effective and sensitive customer service when dealing with direct contact with Service Users, telephone calls and correspondence. Receiving and recording accurate and concise messages, ensuring messages are forwarded on appropriately and timely.
