We are delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway as a Clinical Lead for REVIVE, an Intensive Intervention and Risk Management Service (IIRMS) in Lancashire. The service is jointly commissioned by His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and the National Health Service (NHS) and is delivered via a joint service model that includes Health and HMPPS partners and is complemented by further partnership work with third sector organisations across Lancashire. 

REVIVE IIRMS is a community based intervention and risk management service that complements, enhances and works with existing OPD pathway provision in Lancashire; it operates as part of a tiered approach to supporting HMPPS in their management of people who present with high risk and complex needs, and who screen into the OPD pathway. Those suitable for the service will present with primary needs associated with relational/interpersonal difficulties, will have significant resettlement/transition needs, they may be institutionalised and/or may lack social/familial support.

The Clinical Lead is required to oversee the clinical delivery of REVIVE IIRMS alongside the OPD Operational Health Lead and a Senior Probation Officer. This involves the co-ordination and delivery of the service, including provision of psychologically informed support, clinical advice, group and 1:1 supervision and reflective practice to health and probation staff working within the service. The successful applicant will form part of an established team to support in the delivery of the service in line with the National Offender Personality Disorder Strategy.
