The successfully appointed candidate will be expected to have outstanding communication skills, a strong ability to prioritise and close attention to detail.
This post offers good opportunity for learning and development and training will be provided to the successful candidate.
We are looking to appoint a full‑time post holder (37.5 hours per week); however, applications from two part‑time candidates will be considered.
If you thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare environment where your organisational and communication skills truly matter then we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job

You will be liaising with patients face to face, over the telephone and be the first point of contact at the HASTE / Pacing clinic reception desk. You will be required to use a variety of IT systems to ensure all clinics and lists are fully utilised, including the booking of patients onto waiting lists for medical procedures, diagnostics and arranging ward based beds for patients when appropriate.
