We're looking for an experienced and innovative Leadership & Management Consultant to join our pioneering Tri-Trust Leadership Team, working across Chelsea & Westminster Foundation Trust, Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust & Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

This is a unique opportunity to work at scale, designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes that support more than 25,000 colleagues across three leading NHS organisations.
 
You'll work alongside senior leaders, clinicians and People & OD colleagues to identify leadership challenges, design evidence-based learning solutions and create meaningful development experiences that help leaders navigate complexity, improve services and deliver outstanding care. 

From developing aspiring managers to supporting established leaders through organisational change, you'll play a key role in strengthening leadership capability across North West London.

We're interested in collaborative, team focused people who combine learning and organisational development expertise with strong consultancy skills.

You'll need:

  • Experience designing and delivering leadership, management, OD and learning programmes.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for evidence-based leadership development.
  • The confidence to influence and work effectively across professional boundaries.
  • A strong commitment to inclusion, collaboration and developing others.

  • Lead the design, facilitation and evaluation of leadership and management development programmes.
  • Create engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended learning experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, action learning and development events.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from frontline teams through to Executive Directors.
  • Use data, feedback and organisational insight to shape future learning priorities.
  • Help drive innovation in digital learning and modern leadership development approaches.
  • Support the delivery of a shared Tri-Trust leadership strategy while responding to local organisational needs.

  • Degree or demonstrable equivalent experience in a relevant discipline: Leadership & Management, HR, Education, Change management etc
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Professional Learning and/or Organisational Development qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Chartered CIPD Member (MCIPD)
  • Project or Programme Management Qualification
  • Accredited Coach/Mentor
  • Accredited facilitator for self awareness tools such as Strengthscope, Insights Discovery etc

Experience

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of undertaking OD, learning and leadership development needs assessment and designing, developing, and implementing OD and learning programmes and initiatives to meet the needs identified.
  • Designing and using a broad range of diagnostic OD and learning assessment tools and approaches to manage culture change and transformation and improve performance.
  • Design and direct delivery of 121 and team development through facilitation and/or coaching

  • Experience of working in a complex public sector environment.
  • Experience of increasing productivity and continuous improvement methods, approaches.

Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities
