You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the high standard of care provided to our service users. This is achieved through the delivery of high-quality therapy, alongside ensuring that the systems, processes, and pathways that support the service operate effectively and efficiently. The role includes providing clinical supervision and line management, as well as developing and implementing new systems and ways of working when required. There will also be opportunities to support co-production and carer initiatives and strengthening partnerships with the Third sector and our partners.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential for effectively managing processes, responding to challenges, and continuously improving how Talking Therapies services are delivered.
Effective leadership is equally important. You will support and guide your team, fostering a culture of excellence while motivating colleagues to deliver high-quality care within a fast-paced, evolving, and demanding Talking Therapies environment.
You will be expected to work in line with Trust policies and professional standards, including information governance, safeguarding children and adults, and maintaining accreditation with your professional body.
In addition, you will take a lead role in specific areas of service development, such as older adults' pathways or carer and service user involvement initiatives.
