Be a key leader in one of Northern Ireland's largest integrated health and social care organisations and help shape the future of care for the people and communities we serve.

The Southern Health and Social Care Trust is seeking an exceptional leader to join its Executive Team as Director of Surgery and Clinical Services.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role with responsibility for a major portfolio encompassing surgical services, diagnostics, cancer services, critical care, outpatient services and allied health professions.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and sustainable services while driving performance, innovation and transformation across a complex and high-profile portfolio.

We are seeking an accomplished senior leader with a proven track record of leading large-scale services, delivering improvement and managing complex change within a healthcare organisation. You will demonstrate strategic vision, strong partnership-working skills and a commitment to improving outcomes and experiences for patients, service users and staff.

The post holder will play a key role in shaping the future of clinical services across one of Northern Ireland's largest Health and Social Care Trusts and in delivering regional priorities, reform and service transformation.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is ambitious for the Southern Trust, committed to improving outcomes for our population, and passionate about helping our organisation, our staff and our communities thrive.
