Employer heading
Speech and Language Therapist
We have exciting opportunities in our new Therapies Hub.
At Ascendancy Partnership Trust our mission is to provide the best possible education and therapy support for children and young people with additional complex needs both in special and mainstream schools.
We believe that therapies are a vital part of school life, integrated into education and woven into the curriculum. You will work alongside teachers with expertise in pedagogy for learning difficulties, autism and SEMH to create an optimum learning environment in a specialist education Trust.
Reporting to our Clinical Lead SLT you will deliver Speech and Language Therapy support to teaching staff and will be responsible for clinically supervising school based therapy assistants.
With your degree level professional qualification and HCPC registration, you will use your experience to work collaboratively to help deliver integrated therapeutic support in Trust schools as part of an outstanding joined-up service.
Whether you are a newly qualified or early-career therapist seeking a supportive Band 5 equivalent role, or an experienced clinician ready for a Band 6 equivalent position, we would love to hear from you.
For Band 6 equivalent opportunities, experience of working with children and young people with complex needs, delivering training and supporting colleagues is desirable.
This is a rare opportunity to use your expertise to make a real difference in a SEND Trust, to be part of a growing service from inception whilst enhancing your own professional development.
