Trosolwg o'r swydd
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major digital migration programme within South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust.
The NHSmail Central Tenant Migration Programme will move approximately 6,800 user accounts and 601 shared mailboxes, together with associated Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, from the Trust’s existing environment to the NHS England central tenant.
This is a complex, Trust-wide programme that will require strong programme leadership, effective governance and close coordination across digital, operational and corporate services. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the programme is properly mobilised, planned, governed and delivered, with particular accountability for organisational readiness, migration-wave planning, risk and dependency management, stakeholder coordination, benefits tracking and transition into business as usual.
Working closely with the Technical Lead, specialist technical resources, NHS England, Microsoft and colleagues across the Trust, you will provide the structure, oversight and assurance needed to deliver a controlled and successful migration. The technical delivery will remain with the appropriate specialists, while you will ensure that activities, dependencies, owners and timescales are brought together through a clear and integrated programme plan.
The role is aligned to the Trust’s generic Programme Manager job description. The additional role-specific deliverables set out the particular outcomes and accountabilities required for the NHSmail Central Tenant Migration Programme.

The successful candidate will provide visible and effective leadership across a complex programme involving a wide range of stakeholders, systems and services.
You will establish and maintain robust programme governance, ensuring that delivery progress, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies and readiness are clearly reported. You will prepare concise and accurate reports for senior governance forums and ensure that material concerns are escalated promptly, with clear recommendations and supporting evidence.
A key part of the role will be coordinating organisational readiness across the Trust. You will work with operational directorates, Information Governance, People Services, Communications, Finance and Procurement, Legal, Complaints and Claims, the Service Desk, Information Asset Owners, Microsoft 365 service owners, application owners and Digital Champions. You will ensure that deliverables, owners, dependencies and timescales are clearly defined and integrated into the overall programme plan. [NHSMail -...ntion.docx | Word]

Each wave will require clear entry and exit criteria, documented readiness assessments and effective go/no-go arrangements. Staff communications, engagement, training and user readiness must be aligned to the relevant migration activity.
During delivery, you will coordinate final readiness reviews, cutover activity, escalation arrangements and hypercare. You will ensure that issues and lessons from each migration wave are captured and applied to subsequent phases.
Following migration, you will coordinate the transition into business as usual, the management of residual actions, Microsoft 365 decommissioning activity within the existing tenant, confirmation of local licence release, benefits reporting and completion of the post-implementation review.
