THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT UNTIL 31/07/2026 FOR AN ADMINISTRATION MANAGER TO SUPPORT THE ALL AGES MENTAL HEALTH AND LEARNING DISABILITIES DIGITAL PROJECT.

Would you like to deliver projects that make a difference? Do you have experience of Digital Change, and the ability to help manage a team to implement a brand-new digital system. Are you keen to make a difference?
If so, the project is looking for a fixed-term Digital Change Manager to join a dynamic team, specifically the All-Ages Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Digital Solution project. Working across BCU you will be supporting the Chief Nursing Information Officer in leading the planning processes and providing specialist advice and support within the project.
Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the Chief Nursing Information Officer, Senior Change Lead and Senior Digital Clinical Officer in leading the planning processes needed to achieve the strategic aims of the Digital Data and Technology Team and associated projects

Providing specialist advice and support to operational colleagues involved in the processes to take forward service modernisation and improvement.

Designing, organising and delivering any training needed for staff in relation to any new project, as well as offering continued support to staff with regards established digital systems

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and national groups related to relevant projects. Representing the Health Board on relevant national group

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification,
- Professional development to Master’s level through a combination of courses, in service training and experience
- Management Qualification or equivalent experience or willingness to undertake
- Comprehensive understanding of performance targets relevant to the services
- Postgraduate diploma level or equivalent experience
- Understanding of project management
- Knowledge of NHS planning processes
- In depth knowledge across a range of BCUHB services, systems and procedures
