Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Administrator to join the team at Pharmacy department in Bangor Hospital. The purpose of this post is to provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support to pharmacy department. The post holder will work within the administrative teams offering of support and a variety of duties on a daily basis.
Main duties of the job
You will assist in the provision of a comprehensive, high quality administration service. This will include all aspects of administration duties. The post holder will work in a challenging environment that undergoes constant changes and will need to exercise judgement and use a combination of skills to deal with day-to-day issues. You will be expected to demonstrate a sensitive and caring attitude that is client focused and maintain a calm and organised approach when working under pressure. You will be supported to achieve qualifications in line with the post requirements during the apprenticeship.
This is an excellent opportunity if you feel you demonstrate the skills listed and would like to start your career in the NHS as an apprentice.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
