Job overview

Provide management and organisation of a clinical area, deputising for the Team Leader when required.

Provide skilled assistance to surgical team  by utilising evidence/research for skilled assessment, planning, implementation  and evaluation of patient care

 Be an expert resource by virtue of in depth knowledge and experience, and from completion of a recognised SFA course prior to appointment (Or willing to work towards),  to contribute to the education, development and line management of other staff members, qualified and unqualified.
