You will be expected to take an active role in the assessment and treatment of children and young adults living in Denbighshire with support from senior colleagues.  You will be expected to manage your own community caseload in a variety of community settings (including nurseries, schools and patient’s homes) and provide service to the children’s wards at Glan Clwyd Hospital.

You would be expected to contribute to the supervision of support staff and students within the department. You will also contribute and participate as a member of the wider multidisciplinary/joint agency teams supporting children and young people with disabilities.

As part of the role, you will be expected to participate in 7 day working where indicated and respiratory on-call.  Training will be available if required.
