Job overview

The Children’s Therapy Services work with children and young people aged 0–18, identifying needs, providing assessment, and delivering support that makes a real difference to their health and development. We work closely with families in their homes and health settings, as well as with education partners in early years and school environments. Our teams cover Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, with services delivered across these areas to ensure families can access support as easily as possible.

This combined leadership and clinical role offers the chance to continue developing your own clinical expertise while guiding and supporting a talented team of School Age Speech and Language Therapists. It offers a balance of direct therapeutic work and the opportunity to shape and strengthen service delivery.

The post is made up of 0.6 sessions as a Band 7 Lead for the Bristol School Age Team, alongside 0.2 sessions as a Band 6 clinical therapist in South Gloucestershire. You can find both job descriptions in the documents section of this advert.
