The opportunity Has arisen to join the friendly and established team on Padarn ward , rehabilitation / care of the Elderly at Ysbyty Eryri, Caernarfon.
Padarn is a busy 20 bedded dynamic and fast paced rehabilitation ward who is passionate about delivering high quality patient care.
The ability to speak welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and English speaker are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
Job responsibilities
As a band 5 on Padarn you're main responsibilities will include;
- Manage a team of patients and ensure patient needs are met.
- Maintain patients nursing documentation and records.
- Communicate and involve patients and their relatives/carer in the planning and delivery of care.
- Assist in leading a Multidisciplinary meeting for discharge.
- Co-ordinate the work of healthcare support workers, assistant, practitioners and students in the delivery of nursing care.
- Participate in service development and ward Accreditation.
