We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Administrator to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) in Woodspring.

Our INT is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team supporting patients with a wide range of complex needs. As a key member of the team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—providing vital administrative support to clinicians and helping deliver high-quality care across the locality.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be confident communicating with both service users and colleagues, with strong written and verbal skills. Excellent IT ability is essential, along with a willingness to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing demands.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment—someone who can juggle multiple priorities, stay organised, and manage their time effectively to support this crucial team function.

Flexibility is important, as you may be required to work across different bases within the locality. The role also includes a shift pattern covering some weekends and bank holidays;

  • Early shifts start at 8 AM
  • Late shifts finish at 8 PM

Please note that this is an office-based position, and remote working is not available. Occasional travel between sites will be required.
