People Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to join Provide to work closely with our medical equipment service, Provide Community Equipment based in Greenford, London

This role requires weekly travel to Greenford, with office presence also in Provide HQ based in Colchester, Essex.

Reporting to the Director, People Partnering, the People Partner will ensure that they contribute People expertise to business decision making and develop innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy.

You will work as a strategic People Partner supporting the Provide Group, providing specialised workforce focused expertise and advice to ensure our people are capable, effective and healthy, and ultimately able to deliver great care.

You will support organisational change to help implement the business strategy and foster a climate of positive employee relations.
