We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive team secretary to join the MH & LD admin team at Nant Y Glyn. The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main duties of the job
The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties.
This position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure with the ability to use various data systems accurately.
This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent the department with due professionalism.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- RSA /OCR level 2 or equivalent experience (must be a proficient user of Microsoft word)
