THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 8 MONTHS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE

We are looking for administrative support for the Health Visiting Team working from the Drill Hall Family Centre in Dolgellau. This 7.5 hour vacancy is to work alongside the Flying Start Team. There are other Generic hours also being advertised.
The candidate will provide administrative support for the Health Visiting Team. You will require excellent communication and organisation skills. Please refer to the JD and JS attached.
The vacancy is for 7.5 hours, times to be agreed, can be flexible.
Main duties of the job
To provide prompt administrative function to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective service.
You will provide general day to day administrative support which may include typing, filing, tracking, audits, monitoring and general office ad hoc duties.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post; Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
