The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Equipment Technician function of the business and may support the Warehouse operation to ensure that all targets are achieved.

 This includes line managing staff, pro-actively monitoring and improving KPI performance, identifying any areas of operational non-compliance, implementing continuous improvements and sharing best practice.  There may be a requirement to manage a delegated budget.
