An opportunity has arisen for an experienced or novice registered nurse to join our nursing team working within Holywell Community hospital. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and must have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work in a busy demanding environment and be able to deliver work of a high standard.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has experience of dementia care and is keen to assist in developing the service for the future. This is a demanding role that requires commitment and a positive approach towards change. You will have excellent communication skills and high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike.
This is an exciting opportunity to support Dementia patients who have complex needs during their stay in hospital. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate care and compassion in providing support and care for patients with complex needs.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
