Job overview
The post involves working with people with learning disabilities who may additionally have a variety of mental and physical health conditions, facilitating activities both on and offsite. The aim as part of a multi-disciplinary team is to help patients develop meaningful activities to support their wellbeing both whilst in hospital and help develop skills and insights into their health together with coping strategies for them to use when discharged from hospital.

Main duties of the job
To provide day to day care for patients under supervision of a registered
nurse which adheres to best practice, standards and guidelines, and
contributes towards the patients care and treatment.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
