To support the Health Visiting and School Nursing Management team in the day to day running of the service, by delivering accurate and confidential administrative support.
Main duties of the job
To provide assistance of all clerical duties under the guidance of the Administration Managers for the Health Visiting and School Nursing service.

Essential criteria
- English & Maths GCSE
- NVQ 3 in Administration/RSA III or equivalent level of knowledge/experience.
- Significant office administration experience
- Advanced keyboard skills and previous minute taking skills
Role Requirement
Desirable criteria
- ECDL
- Experience in using ORACLE and E Rostering
- Ability to travel from one base to another
- Previous NHS experiecne
