Main duties of the job
The Greener NHS function leads on sustainability in the Region working closely with system partners to make meaningful change. This challenging role will need an exemplary skill set to deliver including
- Subject matter expert in sustainability and carbon reduction supported by a formal programme management training
- Track record in leading joined up approaches to change management working with local authorities (including Metro level Mayoral teams) and health (including Trusts, ICBs, National)
- Ability to significantly influence clinical behaviour supported through a clinical qualification and extensive change management withing a teaching hospital environment
- Experience in managing effectively with uncertainty whilst providing the leadership to drive change across multiple organisations
- Understand complex systems and complex data, with a strong track record in service improvement in the Greener space
