The salary scale for a Band 3 has been adjusted as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2026/2027 and will be implemented in August 2026 backdated to 01 April 2026 where applicable.

 

Job overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a dynamic and motivated School Nurse team.

The post holder will work within the Mold, Buckley and Hope team, which will be over the 3 different clinics and the 5 high schools they cover.  This position is for 22.5  hours per week Band 2 Admin and Clerical role.

School Nurses are a highly motivated team who are committed to delivering public health messages and safeguarding children. 

Main duties of the job

To work as a team member to support the school nurses with all clerical tasks and filing.

This post will include travelling between clinics across Flintshire and to high schools that are allocated to the team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
