Looking to recruit an enthusiastic motivated person to provide admin support based at Mental Health Department, Ysbyty Alltwen Tremadog
Successful candidate to have good standard of education, excellent communication skills, able to work efficiently using own initiative and organised with own workload. Candidate must have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office. Post holder expected to undertake variety of duties within role.
Good telephone manner essential. Will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner maintaining confidentiality at all times.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Professional members of the South Gwynedd Community Mental Health Team. This will include processing of new referrals to the service, type and send out appointment letters, provide reception duties including answering in-coming telephone calls to the Team, welcoming patients/carers/relatives/other professionals/ visitors at the department Reception area. There will also be a need to take minutes of regular Mental Health Team meetings. More details can be obtained from the Job Description.
