We have an exciting career opportunity for a forward-thinking Clinical Pharmacist in Primary Care.

Main duties of the job
As a prescriber in this role, you'll have the unique chance to establish pharmacist-led chronic disease clinics and actively support the multi-disciplinary team in conducting medication reviews. Your patient-centred approach will be instrumental in providing exceptional care and supporting the year-of-care initiative. To support your professional growth, we strongly encourage research to enhance clinical practice and maintain outstanding standards.
At Healthy Prestatyn Iach, we take pride in being a Pharmacy Training Site, providing you with the opportunity to mentor and support Trainee Pharmacists, Pharmacy Students, and Pre-registration Pharmacy Technicians alongside our dedicated Medicines Management Team.
Located in Central North Wales, with easy access to Chester and the breathtaking landscapes of Snowdonia, this position offers a wealth of opportunities for you to enjoy your free time to the fullest. Qualifications
Essential criteria
- MPharm Degree or equivalent
- Post Graduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience and/or qualifications
- Non-medical prescribing qualification (or working towards)
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Desirable criteria
- Accredited or eligible to be accredited as a Higher Education Institute Clinical Pharmacy diploma/MSc tutor
Experience
