Come and join our innovative team within Glan Clwyd Trauma & Orthopaedic Team.  We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the team providing patients with the opportunity to see the most appropriate practitioner to effectively deal with their presenting condition at the first point of contact.

  • MSc
  • Masters level education or equivalent experience; e.g. Advanced clinical practice.
  • Experience of working within a hospital environment
  • Active professional registration
  • Evidence of CPD and post registration activity through portfolio
  • Extended scope skills
  • Independent prescriber
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of acute care i.e. OOH
  • Experience of long term health conditions

  • Extensive experience in clinical field
