Breast Screening Clerical Officer

Job overview

We require a flexible Band 3 Clerical Officer who will be involved in a very busy, efficient and friendly office. 

We provide support to the Breast screening service for Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire and the symptomatic breast service at Luton and Dunstable Hospital.

Main duties of the job

The key responsibilities of the varied role include the preparing of clinic paperwork, updating information onto the NHS Breast Screening computer system and the Hospital IPM and CRIS systems.

It is essential to have excellent communication and telephone skills as the making and rebooking of appointments is required together with reception duties.
