Band 4 Technical Support Administrator (Clinical Engineering)

As a Technical Support Administrator in Clinical Engineering, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of medical device management across the Trust.

This includes coordinating administrative processes, managing inventory and service records, liaising with clinical teams and suppliers, and supporting compliance with the departments Quality Management System.

You’ll be the first point of contact for device-related queries and help maintain accurate documentation for medical equipment.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of this role are to coordinate the administrative function within the Clinical Engineering Department, ensuring administrative support is provided at all times and to assist with the updating and maintenance of Clinical Engineering records relating to Medical Devices, Medical Device Management and supporting the wider technical team.
