Job overview
The Security Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust sites. The role provides professional leadership on security operations, incident analysis, crime prevention and reduction, and the implementation of NHS and statutory security standards. The post holder works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, partner agencies and external enforcement bodies to protect staff, patients, visitors and property.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead and manage the Trust’s contracted manned guarding service. This includes operational oversight, contract performance management, ensuring service quality, compliance with Trust standards, and maintaining a safe, secure and responsive guarding provision.

- Able to evidence a general level of education,G.C.S.E Grade 4-9 /A-C in English and Maths or equivalent Functional skills.
