An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for a Band 4 Team Leader to join the Central Booking Service (CBS) to support the Neurodevelopmental Pathway Team
We are looking for an individual with a professional attitude and dedication combined with experience in people management.
Our Service Operating hours are from 08:30 to 16:30 The service is currently based at Gee House, Nechells.
This role will also involve Admin and Operational Support to the Management Team

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Educated to level of diploma 5 GCSE passes including English at C or above or relevant administrative qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or above.
- Competent user of MS Word, Excel/MOST qualification
Experience
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of clinical pathways e.g. 18 weeks RTT pathways
- Knowledge of clinical governance (Caldicott)
- Previous experience supervising staff/workloads
Desirable criteria
- RiO experience
- Knowledge of the NHS waiting list management
