Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated individual to join the Postgraduate / Graduate Certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions (PGCertLIPI) programme team. This training programme is run by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

 

The Programme Administrator will need to maintain effective, positive and collaborative working relationships with a range of interested parties. They will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the PGCert LIPI and associated programmes and support the learning experience for all trainees. 

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for a host of duties, some of which can be seen below.

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Creating and maintaining effective working partnerships
  • Designing and managing database
  • Preparing reports
  • Evaluating feedback
  • Managing logistics
