An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to work within Health and Justice Vulnerability service based at Thomas Telford House on the Ardenleigh Site. The Team Administrator role is a central role within the service, ensuring that comprehensive and confidential receptionist and administrative support is provided to the wider teams and be the first point of contact for the building they will present in a friendly and approachable manner and will possess excellent communication and personal skills.
It is an exciting time for the new service, as they represent a collaboration between Liaison & Diversion & Mental Health Treatment Requirements. As we begin to deliver our innovative contract, we require a professional administrative support to be at the heart of the quality services we deliver.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be able to work using their own initiative and will be flexible and motivated. They will have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including word and excel and will be able to collate and monitor data from spreadsheets. The successful applicant will be required to meet deadlines, and be able to work under pressure. They must have the ability to manage their time effectively to meet the needs of the teams.
The successful applicant will have an NVQ Level II in Business Admin or equivalent plus relevant experience of working in an administrative role.
