This development opportunity guarantees robust development opportunities and support to enable Band 6 readiness within an 18 month time frame. If successful, there would be a requirement to complete Band 6 OT competencies before the Band 6 post was offered.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and will work collaboratively with service users in a way that reflects our Trust Values by providing committed and high quality care.
