You will also work extensively with a range of partner organisations to ensure that individuals receive coordinated care and act as the predominant point of contact for the team for substance misuse support.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working with substance misuse needs and be willing to work alongside the team to further review and develop this new and exciting pathway. It is expected that you will have experience of partnership working across health, social care, voluntary sector, employment, and criminal justice agencies. Relevant knowledge and experience of working with underserved groups would be an advantage. You will require good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
